Air conditioning

• DTPL provides to clients consultancy services for heat, ventilation and air conditioning for plant designed by us if required by the client.
• The services also include design of ducting required for centralized heating and cooling, compressed air units and control panels.

Water supply and Sanitary

• DTPL provides public health engineering design services (water supply, sewerage disposal and drainage) for all its plant, colony areas.
• The designs will include calculations of requirements of water, quantities of effluents and sewage for disposal and drainage requirements of the site.
• For Residential and commercial buildings the water supply system consisting of development of source and establishment of pump house, treatment plant, rising mains, UG tank / ESR, delivery mains and pipeline network shall be designed. Similarly, sewerage disposal systems, collection points, sewerage pipeline network and effluent treatment plant shall be designed.

Fire fighting system

• This shall be established as per the client requirement and as per the Standards laid down by approved authority.

Fire Alarm system

• This shall be arranged to safeguard the structures and persons as per the client’s approved layout.
