• We shall assist you for identifying the Geo-Technical personnel and prepare the tender for recruiting the agency for carrying out the geo-technical investigation.
• We shall prepare the bill of quantities, specifications and tender documents for Civil and structural works and assist you to invite the bidders to quote and for finalization of contractors.
• We shall give you the material requirement at the initial stage of the project for your procurement planning.
• Preparation of basic design norms to be adopted for the design of the project and submission of the same for your approval.
• Preparation of Basic General Arrangement drawings including the floor plans with the dimensional details and submit for your approval.
• Carrying out the designs as per the relevant Indian Standard codes and standard engineering practices.
• Preparation of detail working drawings for civil, structural and architectural job for execution at site.
• Detailed material takes out for final procurement activity for carrying out the final Procurement action.
• Preparation of final as built drawings.
• Submission of bi-weekly status reports, giving the broad picture of the status of works.
• Deputation of our Engineering personnel to site for short duration for attending the clarifications referred by your Engineering personnel, if  any.
• Attending the coordination meetings with the contractors, equipment suppliers and client for the smooth execution of project.
• Attending the design conference meetings for finalizing the civil Engineering aspects of the project.
• Finalization of basic specifications of the project to suit the requirement of the project incorporating the new technological developments.
• Participating in the detailed discussions with the customer to formulate the procurement philosophy for the main equipment.
• Finalization of specifications for the core equipments for the procurement action.
• Preparation of tender documents giving the specifications, General conditions of contract, special conditions of contract-etc and invite the bidders for obtaining the techno-commercial quote for the main equipment.
• Evaluation of tenders received from the bidders and prepares the comparative statement for the submission to the customer.
• Assist the customer in negotiations with the suppliers for their selection of Equipment supplier.
• Preparation of preliminary lay out and flow sheets based on the equipments finalized.
• Finalization of methodology for the various systems like water supply system and it’s distribution, Compressed air requirement and it’s supply. Over all Plant Illumination and It’s lux levels.
• Over all procurement philosophy of the above packages to invite bidders for the design, supply, Erection and commissioning.
