Chairman, Prasaditya Group
Sri Motaparti Siva Rama Vara Prasad (MSRV Prasad) is the Chairman of Prasaditya Group, the parent group of which Design Tribe (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a part. A Metallurgical Engineer from the Regional Engineering College, Warangal, he brought thirteen years of foundry experience in Mumbai and Gujarat to his first venture.
In 1985, he acquired a foundry from the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation in Patancheru, Telangana, and built it into Martopearl Alloys Pvt. Ltd. ‐ a unit recognised across user industries for its quality, reliability and competitive pricing. Building on this success, he took over a second unit, Duccan Alloys, in 1990 to meet growing demand.
Under his leadership, this foundation grew into Prasaditya Group, a diversified group of companies spanning engineering, manufacturing, technology and other sectors ‐ of which Design Tribe is one.

Who We Are
Established in 2005, Design Tribe (India) Pvt. Ltd. renders services in the field of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineering. DTPL offers consultancy services to various industrial sectors including Cement, Power, Material Handling, Nuclear Structures, Pharmaceuticals and Solar.
The scope of services covered includes Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering ‐ Designing, Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings, Bar Bending Drawings, Shop Fabrication Drawings, Estimation, Costing and Construction Management.
We offer consultancy services across Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation, Construction Management and Utilities. Design Tribe has also developed the infrastructure and communication facilities to suit international standards.
Design Tribe has also developed EMapp, an in-house office automation platform built to support the quality and consistency of the services we deliver to our clients.
