Design Tribe (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“Design Tribe”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we handle it and what choices you have. It is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the Contact form, the Careers application form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, and, for job applications, your resume and employment history.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial account details or government identity numbers through this website. Please do not send them to us through the forms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations or consultancy information.
- To consider your job application and contact you about opportunities at Design Tribe.
- To maintain the security and performance of this website.
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
We use your information only for the purpose for which you gave it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process personal information that you voluntarily provide on the basis of your consent, and where needed for a legitimate purpose such as responding to your request. By submitting a form on this website you agree to this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see section 9).
5. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It does load some content from third parties, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when you visit:
- Google Fonts – to display the site’s typefaces.
- Google Maps – the map embedded on the Contact page, which may set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp – if you choose “Chat on WhatsApp”, you leave this site and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
- Netlify – our website hosting and form-handling provider. Enquiries and job applications (including resumes) submitted through our forms pass through Netlify and are emailed to us; Netlify also processes server logs on our behalf.
Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Sharing of information
We share personal information only with people who need it to handle your request, such as our own staff and group companies, service providers who host or support this website, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. Where we use a service provider, we expect them to protect your information appropriately.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Job applications may be kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for suitable roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We then delete or anonymise the information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information; and
- withdraw your consent to our use of it.

This website links to other sites, such as Prasaditya Group. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back periodically.
